Strata council are elected annually at the Annual General Meeting in the first quarter of the calendar year. Owners can elect to join and will find the councils' email address in their welcome pack.

Owners need to register for the online resident services portal to access payment information and support details.​

Online forms are available via the password protected section of this website HERE and include:

• Owner/occupier information 

• Enterphone update (initiated only by owners/property managers)

• Fob audit
